Terms of Service

Newsified is an online platform that converts user-provided scripts into short-form videos with automated voiceover, subtitles, background footage, thumbnails, and optional YouTube publishing tools. Features and limits depend on your subscription plan (Free, Pro, or future tiers).

You must sign in with a valid Google account. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must provide accurate information and notify us of unauthorized use.

Free and paid plans include different usage limits, output quality, and features as described on our pricing page. Pro subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe unless cancelled. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with reasonable notice; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

You retain ownership of scripts, clips, and other materials you upload. You grant Newsified a non-exclusive license to host, process, transform, and display your content solely to provide the service — including generating videos, applying watermarks (Free plan), and uploading to YouTube when you request it.

You represent that you have the rights to all content you submit and that it does not infringe third-party intellectual property or violate applicable law.

You agree not to use Newsified to:

• Upload unlawful, harmful, defamatory, or misleading content
• Infringe copyrights, trademarks, or other proprietary rights
• Harass, spam, or distribute malware
• Attempt to bypass plan limits, access controls, or rate limits
• Reverse engineer or scrape the service except as permitted by law
• Use the service for fully automated bulk generation that abuses platform resources

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

When you connect YouTube or publish through third-party platforms, you also agree to their terms and policies. We are not responsible for actions taken by Google, YouTube, or other third parties, including takedowns, strikes, or account restrictions resulting from your content.

Newsified, its branding, software, and documentation are owned by us or our licensors. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or underlying technology except the limited right to use the service as intended.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. AI-generated output may contain errors; you are responsible for reviewing videos before publication.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NEWSIFIED AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or to protect the platform. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends; provisions that by nature should survive (including disclaimers and liability limits) will remain in effect.

We may modify these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Newsified operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law.
